Greetings from MATRADE Bangkok, Embassy of Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur will be hosting the third edition of Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Asia from 20 to 23 March 2018 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). This event will be organised by Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and other Malaysian Task Force Committee Members such as MATRADE, MIDA, MPRC and MOGSC.

In conjunction with OTC ASIA 2018, MATRADE will be organising an International Sourcing Programme (One to one Business Meeting) .In this regard, we would like to seek for your kind assistance to disseminate this invitation to you to meet and source from Malaysian oil and gas companies in one-to-one pre-arranged business meetings at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on 21 - 22 March 2018. The programme is as attached.

Foreign buyers attending the business meetings are entitled for:
I. Complimentary accommodation (one room per company) up to maximum of 4 days 3 nights stay (20 to 23 March 2018)
II. Airport transfers only on arrival on 20 March 2018 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport/ KLIA2 and departure only on 23 March 2018 from KLIA/KLIA2.
III. Buyers are advised to arrive in Kuala Lumpur by 20 March 2018. However, should you intend to stay longer for follow-up meetings or factory visits, you will need to bear the additional costs incurred.

This entitlement is for companies verified by TC overseas offices. Interested companies should submit the Buyer registration form with clear indication on the products / services of your interest as early as possible and preferably well before the deadline of 29 January 2018. Buyers are encouraged to follow up on their meetings with Malaysian companies by conducting factory visits after the business meetings programme ends.
